Our Story
Hao-Yang Lai initially discovered his passion for jewellery design while pursuing his education at Central Saint Martins in London, UK. Following his studies, he began working as a professional bench jeweller for years before establishing his eponymous brand – HAOYANG in 2020.
With a focus on technological innovation, HAOYANG remains at the forefront of the industry, deftly navigating its way into the fine jewellery market in its inaugural year. Additionally, Hao-Yang is one of the few designers today to design and manufacture jewellery in titanium.
HAOYANG is committed to producing all jewellery in-house and refrains from outsourcing production to third-party vendors. The brand’s identity is defined by meticulous attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. Hao-Yang continues to make jewellery from his workshop.
Whether its concept design, CAD, stone setting, metal work, bespoke commissions, or appraisals, Hao-Yang has extensive experience in manufacturing and creates jewellery from his studio independently. He is recognised by international awards often covered by the media. His excellent craftsmanship is trusted by collectors around the world.
HAOYANG’s advanced jewellery workshop manufactures its own products. The brand provides services such as product development and consultation to clients. The studio is equipped with tools such as 3D printer, GRS pneumatic system, laser welder, and a suite of polishing and plating tools, suitable for any type of jewellery commissions.
